2. When will my order ship, and when can I expect it?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Overnight orders will be processed the same business day if ordered by 12 pm pst, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA and generally take 3-5 business days to deliver. You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - for all U.S. orders over $75 USD, Canada orders over $100 USD, and international orders over $200 USD.
4. How long will my products last?
All of our products have a 24-month shelf life, with the exception of the Jasmine Hydrating Mist which has a shelf life of 12 months.
5. Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Our products do not have any contraindications so they are considered safe for use, but please consult with your doctor before trying any new products.
6. What do your certifications mean?
Leaping Bunny Association: We do not believe in supporting the inhumane treatment of animals in cosmetic and personal care product testing. Our products are cruelty-free every step of the way.
7. What is RANAVAT Rewards?
RANAVAT Rewards is RANAVAT's Loyalty program to reward our loyal community with points towards purchases. You can earn 1 point per $1 spent, with redemptions starting at 100 points ($50 minimum purchase required to redeem points). The RANAVAT referral program allows you to refer a friend to earn $. You can refer a friend and give them 10% off their first purchase of $50+. You will earn $10 in points for every successful referral.
8. Who is in charge of customs duties?
Customs duties, taxes and fees are included in the purchase price for certain countries (Canada, European Union, and the United Kingdom). For other countries, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package for these countries. If you are shopping from Canada, the EU, or the United Kingdom, you can shop in your currency by using the currency selector found at the footer of our website.
9. For orders shipping to India - please note the below.
The recipient name on international orders shipping to India must match official documents. Customs in India is very strict about KYC documentation. Your order will not be processed through customs if there is a mismatch in documentation, so please ensure that the recipient name on the order matches the KYC document that will be used for Customs verification.
10. What if my order arrives damaged?
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note with photographic evidence at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, discount codes cannot be stacked; you can only use one per order.
