My Firming Bakuchi Serum is pilling. How do I apply and layer it correctly?

Start with regular exfoliation. A buildup of dead skin cells slows absorption and is one of the most common culprits when serums do not sink in fully. This may be a sign your skin is ready for a dedicated exfoliating step. Our Facial Polish and Saffron AHA Masque are both excellent options to work into your weekly routine to keep skin prepped and receptive.

From there, application technique matters: use only 2 to 3 drops and press the serum into skin rather than rubbing or using circular motions, then wait a few seconds before moving on to your next step allowing each serum to sink in fully. The correct layering order is Saffron Essence first, followed by the Firming Bakuchi Serum, then the Brightening Saffron Serum, finishing with SPF or moisturizer. Apply each layer using the same press-in technique and that pause between steps will keep everything absorbing beautifully.

APPLICATION

After cleansing, apply a few drops into your palm and gently pat on face and neck. Use daily, AM & PM.

APPLICATION

Brightening Retinol Eye Creme

APPLICATION

Start 2x a week at first and gradually increase to nightly application. Follow with the Renewing Bakuchi Creme.

Step 6: PROTECT

Brightening Mineral Sunscreen

PROTECT using Brightening Mineral Sunscreen, SPF 50+ to defend against UVA/UVB rays, brighten, and increase radiance.

APPLICATION:

Apply two fingers-length of SPF onto face and neck as the last step in your routine. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming or sweating. For best results, use with Brightening Saffron Serum.
