"This is an unpaid, honest review. I absolutely love Ranavat’s Brightening Saffron Serum, so I was excited to try this cleanser from the same line. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I used it consistently for a week and didn’t notice any improvement in my skin’s texture or brightness. In fact, compared to Ranavat’s Jasmine Cleansing Balm, this cleanser left my skin feeling drier and looking dull. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. I reached out to return the product, but was told it couldn’t be accepted because it was purchased as part of a ritual set and was considered final sale. Everyone’s skin is different, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this cleanser."
