Q. What is your return policy?

We are committed to ensuring your RANAVAT experience is as radiant as possible! Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, we are happy to provide store credit, which has no expiration date.

While full-size items are eligible for returns within 30 days for U.S. orders, here are a few guidelines to keep in mind: 

• Skincare minis, Haircare minis, Discovery Size and Ritual Sets are final sale.
• Facial tools, Ritual Tools & Kansa Accessories are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
• Fragrances are final sale and classified as hazmat products with shipping restrictions.
• International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
