What order do I use these products in?
Cleanse with the Cream Cleanser, hydrate with the Brightening Saffron Essence, treat with the Brightening Saffron Serum, then moisturize with the Renewing Bakuchi Crème. Finish mornings with the Brightening Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50+. The Restoring Moonseed Treatment is used on its own, 2-3 nights a week, in place of your other evening steps.
Can I use the Restoring Moonseed Treatment every night instead of just 2-3 times a week?
Yes. While we recommend 2-3 nights a week for most skin types, it's safe to use nightly if your skin tolerates it well and craves the extra nourishment. Since it's used alone rather than layered with other treatments, there's no risk of over-application.
Do I need to use every product, or can I skip steps some days?
The Cream Cleanser, Saffron Essence, Saffron Serum, and Bakuchi Crème are designed for daily AM and PM use, but skipping a step occasionally won't undo your results. The Moonseed Treatment is the one exception: it should be used on its own, not combined with your other evening products, on the nights you use it.
What's the difference between the Ritual Wand and the Ritual Key, and which product does each pair with?
The Ritual Wand is designed to scoop the Restoring Moonseed Treatment out of its jar without using your fingertips. The Ritual Key is designed to press the last of the Cream Cleanser out of its tube. Both are handmade in polished brass and are yours to keep.
Do I still need the Renewing Bakuchi Crème if I'm already using the Brightening Saffron Essence?
Yes, they serve different purposes. The Essence is a lightweight, water-based first step that hydrates and preps skin to absorb your other treatments. The Bakuchi Crème is a rich moisturizer that comes later in your routine, sealing in the actives from your serum and delivering barrier-repairing hydration on its own.
Does the Cream Cleanser fully remove the Mineral Sunscreen at the end of the day?
Yes. The Cream Cleanser is formulated to gently break down and remove sunscreen, makeup, and daily buildup, including waterproof formulas, leaving skin clean and ready for your evening routine.
Do these products need to be patted in, or can I massage them into my skin?
Most products in this set, the Serum, Essence, and Bakuchi Crème, are meant to be gently massaged into cleansed, damp skin. The Cream Cleanser is massaged on dry skin before rinsing, and the Moonseed Treatment is warmed between your fingertips first. None require patting, though pressing the Essence in with your palms can help it absorb fully.

I should have read the return policy before I got rid of the boxes. In your picture there’s a brush…I received three wands whatever u call them.
